VINA currently has openings for new patients! Dental appointments cost $25, and cleaning appointments cost $10, thanks to the generous support of our community. Special programs for seniors and veterans may waive the $10 and/or $25 fee(s).
Applications will be accepted by appointment only. Please contact VINA Dental at (810) 844-0240, Monday & Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm or Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Applications can be picked up at VINA at 400 E. Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48116 (in a small black mailbox out front) or printed from our website below.
Eligibility: Patients must meet ALL FOUR requirements:
- Individuals must live in Livingston County for at least 6 months
- Individuals must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have NO dental insurance (call for details on exceptions)
- Families must have an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level. This also includes public assistance, social security, and unemployment. Current income levels are reflected in the chart below.

Application Procedures:
Patients must complete the Eligibility Forms.
- If filling out online: Once you have finished it, send the downloaded copy (with your information) to office@vinadental.org.
- If printing and completing: Please mail or drop off your completed application to VINA at 400 E. Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48116. PLEASE USE BLACK INK ONLY if you are printing and emailing your application back to the office! Do NOT leave your application with personal information in the black mailbox.
Patient must have supporting eligibility documents
- Proof of residence in Livingston County (ie: utility bill, car registration, etc.)
- Proof of family income (ie: last year’s tax return, unemployment statement, or social security statement)
- Legal photo ID (State ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Etc.)

Patients will be required to pay a PREPAID nominal scheduling fee for each visit ($25 or $10). Special programs for seniors and veterans may waive the $10 and/or $25 fee

Important Information:
- Patients must update eligibility once per year.
- Patients must arrive on time for every appointment.
- If patient misses an appointment or cancels within 48 hours, the prepaid appointment fee of $25 will be forfeited and patient will need to make another payment to reschedule.
- Children may not be left alone in waiting room and must be supervised at all times.
- VINA does not provide dental care for children. See the link above for other local dental care options.
- In the event of inclement weather, if Brighton Area Schools are closed, VINA will also be closed.
